RECOGNITION OF PROVINCIAL PARTIES. 2-3.01 The board and the union recognize the CPNCA and QPAT for the purposes of dealing with any issue relating to the application and interpretation of the entente.
2-3.02 The board and the union recognize the QESBA, the Minister, the CPNCA and QPAT for the purposes of assuming, on their behalf, the responsibilities that certain clauses delegate specifically to them.
