Recognition of validity of the Trade Marks. (a) The Licensee must not challenge or in any manner impugn the validity or, where applicable, the registration of the Trade Marks, ownership by the Licensor of the Trade Marks or the exclusive rights of the Licensor to take appropriate measures for the protection of the Trade Marks.
