Recognition & Rights of Stewards. ‌ The Employer recognizes the Union's right to select stewards to represent employees. The Union agrees to provide the Employer with a list of employees designated as stewards. A xxxxxxx shall obtain permission of their supervisor or manager before leaving their work to perform the xxxxxxx duties as described below. Leave for this purpose shall be without loss of pay. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. On resuming their normal duties, the xxxxxxx shall notify their supervisor or manager.
