Common use of RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreement.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of covered by this Agreement. The Employer agrees to discuss with the Xxxxxx Borough included in Union matters affecting the collective bargaining unit, and as relationship where required by the representative terms of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreement.

RECOGNITION. 2.1 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of Employees covered by this Agreement and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Xxxxxx Borough included Union or its designated representatives in any and all matters affecting the collective bargaining unit, relationship between the said Employer and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreementits Employees.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees covered by this Agreement. No employees outside of the Xxxxxx Borough included in scope of this Agreement will be used on work of the collective bargaining unit, and same nature as that performed by the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreement.except as follows:

RECOGNITION. 5.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, Employees covered by this Agreement. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union and its designated representatives in matters relating to conditions of employment, rates of pay and hours of work, including the means of settling disputes and grievances.

RECOGNITION. 2.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the all employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included covered by this Agreement as set out in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative Certificate of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this AgreementBargaining Authority.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees Employees covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union and its designated representatives in matters relating to conditions of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unitemployment, rates of pay and as the representative hours of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreementwork.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, classifications listed in this Agreement, employed by the Employer. The Union represents that the terms of this Agreement have been explained and reviewed by the employees in the bargaining unit. This Agreement shall not be applicable to persons employed by the Employer in Research and Development.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, individually recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such its employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment applicable appropriate bargaining unit(s) set forth below. All provisions of disputes under, this Agreement shall pertain to all employees covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise specifically noted. No provision of this Agreement shall be unilaterally changed by either party.

RECOGNITION. 6.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, to whom this AgreementAgreement applies.

RECOGNITION. Section 1. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unitagent with respect to hours, wages, and as the representative working conditions of all such employees in coming under the interpretation of, and adjustment jurisdiction of disputes under, this Agreement. Specifically, any phase of office or clerical work.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative for all carpenters and xxxxxxxxx apprentices on work covered by this Agreement. The employer also recognizes the employees traditional trade jurisdiction of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, Union and as the representative of agrees to assign all such employees work to members of the unit covered by this Agreement, unless otherwise provided for in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreement.

RECOGNITION. A. The Employer hereby recognizes, during employer recognizes the term of this Agreement, the Union union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, persons performing work covered by this Agreement.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the all its employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, covered by this Agreement.

RECOGNITION. The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union through its representative as the sole and exclusive agent for the purpose of collective bargaining representative for all employees working under the employees terms of the Xxxxxx Borough included this Agreement as contained in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, this AgreementSection 25.

RECOGNITION. 4.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agent for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unit, and as the representative of all such employees in the interpretation of, and adjustment of disputes under, covered by this Agreement.. The Employer agrees to negotiate with the Union and its designated representatives in matters relating to conditions of employment, rates of pay and hours of work.‌

RECOGNITION. 4.1 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agency for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unitcovered by this Agreement, and as hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the representative Union, or its designated bargaining representative, in any and all matters regarding rates of all such employees in the interpretation ofpay, hours of work, working conditions, disputes, complaints and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreementgrievances affectingemployees.

RECOGNITION. 3.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agency for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unitEmployees covered by this Agreement, and as hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the representative of Union, or its designated representatives in any and all such employees in matters affecting the interpretation of, relations between the Employer and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreementthe Employees.

RECOGNITION. 4.01 The Employer hereby recognizes, during the term of this Agreement, recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative agency for the employees of the Xxxxxx Borough included in the collective bargaining unitcovered by this Agreement, and as hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the representative Union, or its designated bargaining representative, in any and all matters regarding rates of all such employees in the interpretation ofpay, hours of work, working conditions, disputes, complaints and adjustment of disputes under, this Agreementgrievances affecting employees.
