Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule. Pursuant to Section 34177 of the Health and Safety Code, not less than 90-days prior to each January 2, the Successor Agency shall prepare and approve, and submit to the Successor Agency Oversight Board and the State Department of Finance, a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule which includes all scheduled interest, principal and sinking fund installments on the Bonds that are due and payable during the then-current Bond Year, together with any amount required to replenish the Reserve Fund.

Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule. The Successor Agency shall ensure that each semi-annual Repayment Obligation Payment Schedule prepared by or for the Successor Agency shall include the maximum amount of Payment Obligations that are, or that can reasonably be expected, to become due over the course of the semi-annual period covered by such Repayment Obligation Payment Schedule. To the extent the Successor Agency is required estimate fees in respect of the Payment Obligations for purposes of complying with this Section 5.16, the Successor Agency shall assume the fees set forth in the Fee Letter and shall assume that the Liquidity Coverage Ratio Surcharge applies throughout the applicable period.
