Recognized Right to Represent. The Teamsters and its authorized representatives have the recognized right and responsibility to represent all members of the bargaining unit on all matters within the scope of representation. An employee has the right to represent himself/ or herself in accordance with Government Code § 3500 et. seq. in matters affecting the employment.
