Recommendation to COAP. The Chair shall then inform the Departmental/Program Personnel Committee of the intended recommendation to COAP. Members of the Departmental/Program Personnel Committee who disagree with the Chair's recommendation shall have the right to submit, together or singly, a dissenting report to COAP.
