Recommendation to Terminate. a. In the event that a recommendation to terminate the appointment of an employee placed on a probationary appointment is made to the Board, the Board shall be provided with any formal evaluation reports prepared in accordance with Article E.24. b. Prior to making a recommendation to terminate the appointment of an employee placed on probation, the Superintendent shall so advise the employee. The employee may then request a meeting with the Superintendent to discuss the reasons for the recommendation. At such a meeting, the employee shall have the right to be accompanied by a representative of the Association.
