Recommending Suspension/Expulsion. If, in the employee's judgment, student 34 conduct warrants suspension or expulsion of the student, the employee shall make written 35 recommendation accordingly to the building administrator. Suspension may also be 36 recommended by the employee when he/she reasonably believes that the student is an 37 immediate and continuing danger to himself/herself, other students, employees, school 38 administrators or the educational process of the student’s school. Any recommendation 39 must include specific examples and/or documentation of the disruptive or disorderly 40 conduct.
