Reconciliation/Intervention Team. The parties agree to provide a reconciliation team to assist schools experiencing difficulties in making adequate progress in student achievement or who need assistance in group interactions or with other school conflicts. The Superintendent shall decide the composition of the team, and when a team will be assigned to assist a school. The president of the Broward Teachers Union may make a direct request to the Superintendent to send a team to a specific school. The president of the Broward Teachers Union shall appoint two (2) team members.
