Employee Input. As provided by statute, within thirty (30) days after the start of each school year, employees shall be notified in writing of their right to provide input into their administrator’s annual performance assessments.
Employee Input. The Union will provide information to the Employer in the development of training or continuing education programs for employees. Such information will be offered at Labor-Management Committee meetings or through other mutually agreed mechanisms.
Employee Input. Every employee may indicate in writing to their immediate Supervisor at any time their concerns about aspects of courses pertaining to their appointment, without prejudice.

Employee Input. It is recognized that the employees and the Union, as well as the facility and its administration, are concerned with providing the highest quality and most effective service and client care. An employee or group of employees may at any time submit to the Facility Administrator, on a form agreeable to the parties, proposals for improvement in program, client care or facility procedures. Any such proposal shall include the problem to be remedied, the solution proposed and possible advantages if such solution were implemented. Such proposals will be seriously considered by the Facility Administrator, and any employee making a proposal shall receive a reply within two (2) weeks.
Employee Input. HUD is committed to providing employees with open and clear channels for input before change decisions are made that affect them. Consultation in this context means: • articulating a proposal for change • providing affected employees and the PSA with all relevant information at the earliest opportunity • allowing employees adequate time to consider the proposal, seek advice and respond • taking employee input into account before making a decision. The parties recognise that feedback can be provided in formats other than written, and as such will enable oral submissions upon request. This includes where the PSA wishes to speak to their collective submission orally.
Employee Input. Employees from similar job classifications will be provided the opportunity to participate in the interview and selection process of employee candidates.
Employee Input. Supervisors will make reasonable efforts to solicit ESE input before making changes to an ESE’s schedule that are ongoing in nature. When making changes to scheduled hours, supervisors will work with ESEs to accommodate academic commitments, including classes and exams.
Employee Input. The Board recognizes the value of input from its Employees and may seek and is open to the opinions of the Association in matters concerning the operations of the School. The Board may solicit a recommendation from the Association regarding the selection of new Employees, which may include meeting with prospective candidates.
