Reconveyance Upon Termination or Expiration. On the last day of the term of this Lease or upon any termination of this Lease, whether under Article 15 above or otherwise, title to the Premises (including all improvements constituting a part thereof) shall automatically vest in Tenant at no cost or expense to Tenant other than as set forth in Section 33 below.
