Record Keeping and Reporting. a. The Grant Recipient shall keep sufficient written expenditure records to demonstrate that the Grant Award was utilized consistent with this Agreement and the CARES Act for eligible expenses incurred from March 1, 2020, to November 30, 2020. b.
