Record Retention Requirements, Generally. Unless otherwise specified by this Contract or by state or federal law, the Contractor shall keep all documents and reports required by this Contract for a period of 6 years. Such documents include, but are not limited to, the attestation forms required by Article 6.3.2, Contractor’s policies and procedures, Contractor’s member handbooks, and copies of reports required by the Department.
