Independent Financial Audit(s. (A) The Contractor shall notify the Department of the dates of the entrance and exit conferences with the independent CPA firm conducting annual independent financial audits with the Contractor and shall allow the Department to participate in those conferences.
Independent Financial Audit(s. The Contractor shall provide a copy to DCS of any independent financial audit conducted for the Contractor. A copy of the financial audit shall be provided to DCS within thirty (30) days of the Contractor’s receipt of the written audit documents.
Independent Financial Audit(s. (A) The Contractor shall submit an audited financial report to the Department by October 31st of each year. The audit shall be conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and generally accepted auditing standards.
