RECORDATION; COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement shall not be recorded in Land Records of Xxxxxx County. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original. All such counterparts together shall constitute one and the same document.

RECORDATION; COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement shall be recorded in the real property records of DeKalb County, Georgia, and inure to all subsequent purchasers, transferors and assigns of the Grantee Property, until otherwise terminated according to the provisions set forth herein. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which will constitute an original, but all of which will constitute one and the same agreement.
