Recordation of Development Agreement. Pursuant to California Government Code § 65868.5, no later than ten (10) days after City enters into this Agreement, the City Clerk shall record an executed copy of this Agreement, or Memorandum thereof, in the Official Records of the County of Contra Costa. The parties agree to cooperate as to preparation, execution, and recording of a Memorandum hereof.
Recordation of Development Agreement. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Agreement to be recorded against the title of the Site within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date.
Recordation of Development Agreement. Pursuant to California Government Code section 65868.5, no later than ten (10) days after City enters into this Agreement, the City Clerk shall record an executed copy of this Agreement in the Official Records of the County of Alameda.
Recordation of Development Agreement. Within ten (10) days after the date upon which the City Manager executes the Development Agreement on behalf of the City, the City Clerk shall record the Development Agreement and this Ordinance with the County Recorder of the County of Riverside.
Recordation of Development Agreement. No later than ten (10) days after City enters into this Agreement, the City Clerk shall record an executed copy of this Agreement in the Official Records of the County of Riverside.
Recordation of Development Agreement. Pursuant to California Government Code § 65868.5, no later than ten (10) days after the later to occur of the full execution and delivery of this Agreement or the Effective Date, the City Clerk shall record an executed copy of this Agreement in the Official Records of Napa County, California.
Recordation of Development Agreement. (a) The applicant shall present the written consent to the development agreement of all parties having any record title interest in the real property which is the subject to the development agreement prior to recordation of the agreement.
(b) Within ten (10) days after the Board of Supervisors enters into the development agreement, the County Clerk shall have the agreement recorded with the County Recorder. The agreement shall describe the land subject thereto.
(c) If the parties to the agreement or their successors in interest amend or cancel the agreement, or if the Board of Supervisors terminates or modifies the agreement for failure of the applicant to comply in good faith with the terms or conditions of the agreement, the County Clerk shall have notice of such action recorded with the County Recorder.
Recordation of Development Agreement. No later than 10 days after Exeter enters into a development agreement, the city clerk shall record with the Tulare County Recorders Office a copy of the agreement. The burdens of the agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of the agreement shall apply to all successors in interest to the parties to the agreement.
Recordation of Development Agreement. No later than 10 days after Woodlake enters into a development agreement, the city clerk shall record with the Tulare County Recorders Office a copy of the agreement. The burdens of the agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of the agreement shall apply to all successors in interest to the parties to the agreement.
Recordation of Development Agreement. No later than ten (10) days after the City enters into this Agreement, the Clerk of the City shall record an executed copy of this Agreement in the Official Records of the County of Santa Xxxxx. The burdens of this Agreement shall be binding upon, and the benefits of this Agreement shall inure to, successors in interest to the parties to this Agreement; provided, however, that this Agreement shall not be binding upon any consumer, purchaser, transferee, devisee, assignee or any other successor of Property Owner acquiring a completed residential unit comprising all or part of the Project.
