Recording Documents. Documents referred to in clauses (b), (c), (d), or (e) of the definition of “Mortgage File.” Reference Banks: Those banks (i) with an established place of business in London, England, (ii) not controlling, under the control of or under common control with the Company, the Seller or the Servicer or any affiliate thereof and (iii) which have been designated as such by the Trustee with the consent of the NIMS Insurer; provided, however, that if fewer than two of such banks provide a LIBOR rate, then any leading banks selected by the Trustee with the consent of the NIMS Insurer which are engaged in transactions in United States dollar deposits in the international Eurocurrency market.
