RECORDING OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be recorded with the approved Final Plat and shall be a covenant running with and against all the Property, property rights and improvements contained within the Development described in Exhibit A in order to put prospective owners, purchasers, successors, assigns, and others acquiring any interest in the property on notice as to the terms and obligations herein. No lots, tracts or parcels may be separately conveyed prior to recording the Agreement and the Final Plat.
