Common use of Recording of Lease Clause in Contracts

Recording of Lease. Tenant will execute, acknowledge, deliver and cause to be recorded or filed in the manner and place required by any present or future law a memorandum of this Lease. Tenant shall be responsible for all costs and expenses in connection with the recording of this Lease or a memorandum hereof.
