Recording of Overtime. Employees shall record starting and finishing times for overtime worked on a form determined by the Employer. At the end of each pay period the Employee shall indicate to the Employer's designated representative the amount of overtime worked and the option of compensation elected. Where the Employee opts for payment in cash, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to make payments by the end of the month following the month in which overtime was worked.
Recording of Overtime. Overtime must be authorized in advance by the appropriate supervisor, recorded on a time sheet, approved by the staff employee's immediate supervisor, and submitted to Payroll.

Recording of Overtime. Overtime banks for each employee shall be created by the Employer for the purpose of recording of overtime worked and time off in lieu taken. Pursuant to Article 13.03 (2), no overtime occurrence of less than fifteen (15) minutes will be recorded in the overtime bank of an employee.
Recording of Overtime. Unit employees who are entitled to overtime compensation based on any provision of this agreement shall submit their overtime compensation request via the Department’s timekeeping system (Telestaff) at the conclusion of the work assignment itself. If this is not possible, the unit employee must submit the overtime compensation request no later than the end of the following day. If there is an articulable reason why a unit employee cannot enter the request in a timely manner, that unit employee's Bureau Commander may allow a deviation from this provision on a case-by-case basis. Recording of Overtime. Overtime worked is to be recorded on the monthly attendance sheet and is tabulated centrally. It is up to the supervisor and employee to also keep track of the hours worked and to arrange for the appropriate time off or payment.
