Recording of Quitclaim Deed. In the event the Contingent Offer terminates for any reason without being exercised, Optionor shall have the right, without notice to or consent from Optionee, to record the Quitclaim Deed in the official records of the County thereby extinguishing official notice of the existence of the Contingent Offer.

Recording of Quitclaim Deed. Optionor shall have the right, without notice to or consent from Optionee, to record the Quitclaim Deed described in Sections 5, 5.1, and 5.2 of the Option Agreement in the official records of Contra Costa County, thereby extinguishing official notice of the existence of the Option.

  • RECORDING OF AGREEMENT Tenant shall not record this Agreement on the Public Records of any public office. In the event that Tenant shall record this Agreement, this Agreement shall, at Landlord's option, terminate immediately and Landlord shall be entitled to all rights and remedies that it has at law or in equity.

The related Mortgage or related Assignment of Leases, subject to applicable law, provides that, upon an event of default under the Mortgage Loan, a receiver is permitted to be appointed for the collection of rents or for the related Mortgagee to enter into possession to collect the rents or for rents to be paid directly to the Mortgagee.

  • RECORDING OF SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS The Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) at its absolute discretion tape or otherwise record all Service Instructions, and the Account Holder agrees to the use of such tapes or recordings and any transcripts thereof which the Bank may make for any purpose that the Bank deems desirable, including their use as evidence in any proceedings against the Account Holder or any other person.

Any transferee shall enter into an agreement directly with the Landlord covenanting to be bound by all of the Tenant’s obligations hereunder to the extent applicable to it. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 10.01 or anything else contained herein, so long as Tenant is not then in default under this Lease beyond any applicable curative period provided for in this Lease, Tenant shall have the right, without the consent of Landlord, but otherwise in accordance with the requirements of this Lease, including without limitation, the obligation of any transferee to enter into an agreement directly with the Landlord covenanting to be bound by all of the Tenant’s obligations hereunder to the extent applicable, to assign this Lease and/or sublease the whole or part of the Premises to:

  • Tape Recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
