Recording Test Results. a) Any confirmed positive test results will be held in the worker’s personnel file together with the formal written warning issued for the duration of employment. Any formal disciplinary action taken for breaches of this standard is to be counted with any other disciplinary action taken against the worker. b) Once the 12-month period of a negative test result has been achieved, any formal disciplinary action issued during that period for Confirmed Positive Test results will be disregarded in future disciplinary action. c) Numbers of tests, types of tests and numbers of positive tests shall be recorded in each of the project document management systems. All personal information will be managed confidentially.
