Common use of Records and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Records and Documentation. (1) The Network Service Provider shall protect the confidentiality of all records in its possession from disclosure and protect the confidentiality of Individuals Served in accordance with federal and state law, including but not limited to: §§394.455(3), 394.4615, 397.501(7), 414.295, Fla. Stat.; 42 C.F.R. §2, and 45 C.F.R. Part 164. (2) The Network Service Provider shall notify the Managing Entity of any requests made for public records within five (5) business days of receipt of the request and shall assume all financial responsibility for records requests, records storage, and retrieval costs.
