Common use of Records and Reports; Audits Clause in Contracts

Records and Reports; Audits. 4.1 The Service Provider shall keep full and true books and records in accordance with GAAP, applied consistently, in respect of Services provided pursuant to this Agreement and any SOW (hereinafter the “Records”) and maintain the Records for the purposes of inspections for the longer of: (i) a period of ten (10) years from creation of the Record; or (ii) a period prescribed by Synchrony Bank’s applicable document retention policies.
