Required Records and Reports as follows: All payments of compensation for the services of Performers hereunder and for the use of commercials shall be made by check to the Performer entitled thereto, and sent to the Union AFTRA office as provided in Section 3. A check voucher or statement shall accompany each check and shall contain complete information identifying commercials, Ad-ID®, advertiser, dates numbers of sessions. Producer shall maintain adequate records showing each commercial produced and delivered by it hereunder, the name of the advertiser for whom it was made, the Ad-ID® for that commercial, the names of the Performers employed therein, the amount of the session fee, the date of completion of the Performers’ services, and the number of commercials for which payment is required. In addition, with respect to an inquiry regarding proper payment for use of a specific commercial, Producer shall, upon request, provide the Union AFTRA information or documents in its possession relevant to the use of the commercial (e.g., network, wild spot, regional and local program, internet). Any dispute with respect to the provision of such information shall be referred to the IUSC.

Required Records and Reports. In addition to any other records or reports that Bank may from time-to-time request, or as are otherwise required under these Terms: a. You shall keep, and require any affiliated User to keep accurate, complete, and up to date records of (i) the identity of each end-User and the steps taken to verify such identity, (ii) the daily balance in each end-User account, (iii) all charges, e-User financial transactions and fees that have been made or charged to each account or end- User, and (iv) such other information as may from time to time be required by Bank, and/or the Rules or Applicable Law (collectively, the “Required Records”). You shall retain all Required Records for a minimum time period of the greater between (i) that mandated by applicable Law or the Rules, and (ii) five (5) years after the later of (i) termination of the program or (ii) the termination of these Terms. All required records shall be kept in a manner that is consistent with accounting standards. b. You shall provide or cause to be provided to Bank the following reports: (i) monthly reports delivered no later than the fifth (5th) business day after the end of each calendar month detailing the number and nature of complaints and customer service calls that you received in connection with any end-User account during the prior calendar month,

  • Records and Reports The contractor shall keep such records as necessary to document compliance with the EEO requirements. Such records shall be retained for a period of three years following the date of the final payment to the contractor for all contract work and shall be available at reasonable times and places for inspection by authorized representatives of the contracting agency and the FHWA. a. The records kept by the contractor shall document the following: (1) The number and work hours of minority and non- minority group members and women employed in each work classification on the project; (2) The progress and efforts being made in cooperation with unions, when applicable, to increase employment opportunities for minorities and women; and (3) The progress and efforts being made in locating, hiring, training, qualifying, and upgrading minorities and women; b. The contractors and subcontractors will submit an annual report to the contracting agency each July for the duration of the project, indicating the number of minority, women, and non-minority group employees currently engaged in each work classification required by the contract work. This information is to be reported on Form FHWA-1391. The staffing data should represent the project work force on board in all or any part of the last payroll period preceding the end of July. If on-the-job training is being required by special provision, the contractor will be required to collect and report training data. The employment data should reflect the work force on board during all or any part of the last payroll period preceding the end of July.

  • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust. This inspection by a Trustee may be made in person or by an agent or attorney and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts of documents. No Shareholder shall have any right to inspect any account, book or document of the Trust that is not publicly available, except as conferred by the Trustees. The books and records of the Trust may be kept at such place or places as the Board of Trustees may from time to time determine, except as otherwise required by law.

  • RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS Contractor shall maintain full and accurate records with respect to all matters covered under this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, County shall have free access at all proper times or until the expiration of four (4) years after the furnishing of services to such records, and the right to examine and audit the same and to make transcripts therefrom, and to inspect all data, documents, proceedings, and activities pertaining to this Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Contractor shall furnish County such periodic reports as County may request pertaining to the work or services undertaken pursuant to this Agreement.   • Accounting Records and Reports The Trustee will keep or cause to be kept proper books of record and accounts in which complete and correct entries shall be made of all transactions relating to the receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of the Revenues, and such books shall be available for inspection by the Authority at reasonable hours and under reasonable conditions. The Trustee shall provide to the Authority monthly statements covering the funds and accounts held pursuant to the Trust Agreement. Not more than one hundred eighty (180) days after the close of each Fiscal Year, the Trustee shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Authority a complete financial statement (which may be in the form of the Trustee’s customary account statements) covering receipts, disbursements, allocation and application of Revenues for such Fiscal Year. The Authority shall keep or cause to be kept such information as is required under the Tax Certificate.

  • ACCESS TO RECORDS AND REPORTS The Contractor must maintain an acceptable cost accounting system. The Contractor agrees to provide the Sponsor, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Comptroller General of the United States or any of their duly authorized representatives access to any books, documents, papers, and records of the contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific contract for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. The Contractor agrees to maintain all books, records and reports required under this contract for a period of not less than three years after final payment is made and all pending matters are closed.

  • Records and Reporting Company will maintain and preserve all records as required by law in connection with its provision of Services under this Agreement.   • Records and Reports of Inventory Each Borrower shall keep accurate and complete records of its Inventory, including costs and daily withdrawals and additions, and shall submit to Agent inventory and reconciliation reports in form satisfactory to Agent, on such periodic basis as Agent may request. Each Borrower shall conduct a physical inventory at least once per calendar year (and on a more frequent basis if requested by Agent when an Event of Default exists) and periodic cycle counts consistent with historical practices, and shall provide to Agent a report based on each such inventory and count promptly upon completion thereof, together with such supporting information as Agent may request. Agent may participate in and observe each physical count.

  • Required Reports (1) As required in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements, the Engineer shall submit Progress Assessment Reports to report actual payments made to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises or Historically Underutilized Businesses. One copy shall be submitted with each billing statement and one copy shall be submitted to the address included in Attachment H, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise or Historically Underutilized Business Program Requirements. (2) Prior to contract closeout, the Engineer shall submit a Final Report (Exhibit H-4) to the address set forth in Attachment H. (3) The Engineer shall submit a separate report with each billing statement showing the percent completion of the work accomplished during the billing period and the percent completion to date, and any additional written report requested by the State to document the progress of the work.
