Records and Retention Requirements. The Parties shall retain all records related to this Agreement, and each party shall have the right to inspect all records of the other party pertaining to the Agreement. The Parties shall retain all records related to this Agreement for a period of time consistent with each Party's records retention policy. This record retention requirement shall remain in effect following expiration of this Agreement.

The Supplier further certifies that it will retain all records as required by 2 C.F.R. § 200.333 for a period of 3 years after grantees or subgrantees submit final expenditure reports or quarterly or annual financial reports, as applicable, and all other pending matters are closed.

  • Records and Record Keeping Therapist may take notes during session, and will also produce other notes and records regarding Patient’s treatment.
