RECORDS, INFORMATION AND REPORTS. 4.1 The Recipient Institution shall maintain clear, accurate and complete records in respect of the Funds received under this Agreement. Upon completion of the Activities, or the termination of this Agreement, the Recipient Institution shall maintain the records for a period of at least five (5) years.
