Common use of Records Required Clause in Contracts

Records Required. Grantee shall at all times maintain: (A) A full and complete set of plans, records and "as built" maps showing the exact location of all System equipment installed or in use in the Franchise Area, which is generated in Grantee’s normal course of business; (B) A copy of all FCC filings on behalf of Grantee, its parent corporations or Affiliates which relate to the operation of the System in the Franchise Area; (C) A list of Grantee's Cable Services, rates and Channel line-ups; (D) A statistical compilation of Subscriber complaints, actions taken and resolution, and a log of service calls.
