Common use of Records to be Maintained Clause in Contracts

Records to be Maintained. You shall keep an accurate record containing all relevant medical records and shall allow Us or our representative(s) to inspect such records. You or the Insured Person as the case may be, shall furnish such information as may be required by Us under this Policy at any time during the Policy Period and up to three years after the Policy expiration, or until final adjustment (if any) and resolution of all claims under this Policy.
