Common use of Records to be Maintained Clause in Contracts

Records to be Maintained. The Subrecipient shall maintain all records required by the Federal regulations specified in 24 CFR 507.506 that are pertinent to the activities to be funded under this Contract. These records shall be retained for a period of five (5) years from the date of the final payment from the Grantee to the Subrecipient. Such records shall include, but not be limited to:
