Common use of Recovery of Reimbursable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Reimbursable Expenses. The A/E shall be entitled to recover monthly for the expenses set out in Sections 9.3.2, 9.3.3, 9.3.4, 9.3.5, 9.3.6, 9.3.7, and 9.3.8 on the terms set out in those sections for the following expenses when necessarily incurred in performing services under this Agreement by A/E or its consultants. No other categories of expenses are reimbursable to A/E. The actual cost with applicable taxes only is allowed with no percentage for mark-up.
