Common use of Recovery of Water System Revenue Bond Financing Costs Clause in Contracts

Recovery of Water System Revenue Bond Financing Costs. > Notwithstanding provisions of Article 24(a) through (d), the capital cost component of the Transportation Charge shall include an annual charge to recover the District’s share of the transportation portion of the water system revenue bond financing costs. Charges to the District for these costs shall be calculated in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of this contract. Charges for the transportation portion of the water system revenue bond financing costs shall not be affected by any reductions in payments pursuant to Article 51.
