Recreation and Canteen - Xxxxxx. Offenders shall be provided indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities on a daily basis except for offenders in lockdown status. Offenders will be provided with commissary service in accordance with established CDCR policies. Any profits from the commissary operation shall be deposited in the Offender Welfare Fund, to be administered in accordance with and in a manner consistent with established CDCR policies.
