Recreational Paths. Recreational paths are soft-surfaced. Recreational paths shall be maintained with a smooth surface in order to accommodate patrons and ensure their safety. Said paths shall be kept free of ruts, washouts, animal holes, fallen branches or other obstacles that would impede patrons. All equipment located within these recreational trails shall be kept in good working condition. The PMSA shall keep the equipment free of rust, repair or replace any loose or protruding bolts, and repair chipped or splintered wood. Any repairs or maintenance associated with recreational paths or ground disturbance shall be approved by the IGSATR and the DPWE prior to the commencement of any work.
