This finding is consistent with Xxxxxx’x (1979) payment model, which explains that it is preferable to pay younger workers less despite their productivity because further incentives will boost their loyalty and attachment to an organization.

  • Reporting and Payment Procedures Risk Summary Sheets for each risk and a monthly bordereau of all risks ceded shall be submitted to the Reinsurer within (twenty) 20 working days after the last day of each month. Any premium amounts due the Reinsurer shall be paid with the bordereau. Risk Summary Sheets for each insured shall include the following information:

  • BILLING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT COMMERCE shall reimburse the Contractor for eligible Project expenditures, up to the maximum payable under this Contract. When requesting reimbursement for expenditures made, Contractor shall submit all Invoice Vouchers and any required documentation electronically through COMMERCE’s Contracts Management System (CMS), which is available through the Secure Access Washington (SAW) portal. If the Contractor has constraints preventing access to COMMERCE’s online A-19 portal, a hard copy A-19 form may be provided by the COMMERCE Project Manager upon request. The voucher must be certified by an official of the Contractor with authority to bind the Contractor. The final voucher shall be submitted to COMMERCE no later than November 15, 2020. COMMERCE will pay Contractor upon acceptance of services provided and receipt of properly completed invoices, which shall be submitted to the Representative for COMMERCE not more often than monthly. The invoices shall describe and document, to COMMERCE's satisfaction, reimbursable expenditures as set forth under the Scope of Work (Attachment A) and Budget & Invoicing (Attachment B). The invoice shall include the Contract Number as stated on the Face Sheet. Each voucher must be accompanied by an A-19 Certification (Attachment C) and A-19 Activity Report (Attachment D). COMMERCE will not release payment for any reimbursement request received unless and until the A-19 Certification and A-19 Activity Report is received. After approving the Invoice Voucher, A-19 Certification and Activity Report, COMMERCE shall promptly remit a warrant to the Contractor. Payment shall be considered timely if made by COMMERCE within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of properly completed invoices. Payment shall be sent to the address designated by the Contractor. COMMERCE may, in its sole discretion, terminate the Contract or withhold payments claimed by the Contractor for services rendered if the Contractor fails to satisfactorily comply with any term or condition of this Contract. No payments in advance or in anticipation of services or supplies to be provided under this Agreement shall be made by COMMERCE.

  • Billing and Payment Procedures All invoices must be submitted electronically via email in PDF format to xxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx. Each email may only contain one invoice and must include Provider’s name and the CPS Purchase Order number. Vendor agrees that any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement, except those specifically and expressly waived or negotiated within this Agreement, may be subject to non-binding mediation at the request of either party to be conducted by a mutually agreed upon mediator as prerequisite to the filing of any lawsuit arising out of or related to this Agreement. Mediation shall be held in either Camp or Titus County, Texas. Agreements reached in mediation will be subject to the approval by the Region 8 ESC's Board of Directors, authorized signature of the Parties if approved by the Board of Directors, and, once approved by the Board of Directors and properly signed, shall thereafter be enforceable as provided by the laws of the State of Texas.   • Billing and Payment Terms Customer will be billed monthly in advance of the provision of Internet Data Center Services, and payment of such fees will be due within thirty (30) days of the date of each Exodus invoice. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Late payments hereunder will accrue interest at a rate of one and one-half percent (1 1/2%) per month, or the highest rate allowed by applicable law, whichever is lower. If in its judgment Exodus determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, Exodus may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Data Center Services or other assurances to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.

  • Billing and Payment Procedure for Forest Products Delivered The State will compute and forward to Purchaser a billing statement of charges for forest products delivered during the billing period at the delivered rate shown in P- 028.2 clause.   • Loss Mitigation and Consideration of Alternatives (i) For each Single Family Shared-Loss Loan in default or for which a default is reasonably foreseeable, the Assuming Institution shall undertake reasonable and customary loss mitigation efforts, in accordance with any of the following programs selected by Assuming Institution in its sole discretion, Exhibit 5 (FDIC Mortgage Loan Modification Program), the United States Treasury's Home Affordable Modification Program Guidelines or any other modification program approved by the United States Treasury Department, the Corporation, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System or any other governmental agency (it being understood that the Assuming Institution can select different programs for the various Single Family Shared-Loss Loans) (such program chosen, the “Modification Guidelines”). After selecting the applicable Modification Guideline for each such Single Family Shared-Loss Loan, the Assuming Institution shall document its consideration of foreclosure, loan restructuring under the applicable Modification Guideline chosen, and short-sale (if short-sale is a viable option) alternatives and shall select the alternative the Assuming Institution believes, based on its estimated calculations, will result in the least Loss. If unemployment or underemployment is the primary cause for default or for which a default is reasonably foreseeable, the Assuming Institution may consider the borrower for a temporary forbearance plan which reduces the loan payment to an affordable level for at least six (6) months.
