Recycled Content Products. As an essential part of the City’s comprehensive program for environmental sustainability, it is in the public interest for the City to purchase products with the highest recycled content feasible. The City requests the Supplier to provide the City’s ordering person with information of recycled content products as alternatives, when available, in addition to any non-recycled product being ordered.

Recycled Content Products. Products or goods, including roadbed or other aggregate products that are openly marketed and have positive value. Recycled content products do not include use of any commodity for use at landfills.
Recycled Content Products. State Agencies and institutions of higher education are directed to maximize the purchase of products made from recycled content and to incentive its vendors to sell products and products in packaging made with recycled content.

  • Loss Leader; Recycled Products Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. If Contractor will sell to the Judicial Council, or use in the performance of this Agreement, goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), then with respect to those goods: (i) Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible, and (ii) upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209.

  • Products Products available under this Contract are limited to Software, including Software as a Service, products and related products as specified in Appendix C, Pricing Index. Vendor may incorporate changes to their product offering; however, any changes must be within the scope of products awarded based on the posting described in Section 1.B above. Vendor may not add a manufacturer’s product line which was not included in the Vendor’s response to the solicitation described in Section 1.B above.
