Content Products definition

Content Products are enhancements which have an ongoing e-mail service component which generates Service Revenue and which uses the Company's technology or platform but which is not an integrated application. AMEX shall be entitled to receive or retain [ ** ] of the Service Revenues received from Eligible Customers for any Content Products which it identifies and for which it obtains the right to market and sell as part of a Program (an "AMEX Content Product"), and the Company shall be entitled to receive or retain [ ** ] of the Service Revenues received from Eligible Customers for any AMEX Content Products. An example of an AMEX Content Product would include InfoBeat. The Company shall be entitled to receive or retain [ ** ] of the Service Revenues received from Eligible Customers for any Content Products which it identifies and for ** INDICATES CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED. which it obtains the right to market and sell as part of a Program (a "Company Content Product"), and AMEX shall be entitled to receive or retain [ ** ] of the Service Revenues received from Eligible Customers for any Company Content Products. An example of a Company Content Product would include Quotx.xxx.
Content Products shall have the meaning set out in the Publisher Order Form.
Content Products means all defined data products (such as Ithos Data Systems and the Compliance Engine, and any other data products) as detailed in Schedule A or otherwise on the Ithos website. The definition of Content Products also includes updates to the Content Products and all data and documents stored therein.

  • Licensed Content Products produced under a valid Adopter Agreement or Interim Adopter Agreement by Fellow Adopters may be used to produce copies of such Licensed Content Products at the direction of any Content Participant or Content Provider so long as Adopter in good faith believes that such Content Participant or Content Provider is, or is authorized by, the Content Participant or Content Provider for whom the Licensed Content Product was originally produced.

  • All subsequent references to Licensed Product in this Section shall be read to mean Licensed Products, excluding Licensed Content Products and AACS Recordable Media.

  • Adopter hereby acknowledges that AACS LA and the Licensors license the AACS Technology to Fellow Adopters, Content Participants and Content Providers, and in such capacity, do not have any contact with the end user or consumer of Licensed Products, Licensed Content Products, Licensed Components or Robust Inactive Products.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Other Products means all products and services, other than an Advance, Credit Product or Derivative Transaction, offered by the Bank to any Obligor from time to time, including correspondent banking services, mortgage purchase programs and affordable housing and community investment products and services.

  • Licensed Product means a product or part of a product in the Licensed Field of Use: (A) the making, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent; or (B) which is made with, uses or incorporates any Technology.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Royalty Product means, either (a) an Alnylam Royalty Product, or (b) an Inex Royalty Product.

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Biological product means a virus, therapeutic serum, toxin, antitoxin, vaccine, blood, blood component or derivative, allergenic product, protein other than a chemically synthesized polypeptide, or analogous product, or arsphenamine or any derivative of arsphenamine or any other trivalent organic arsenic compound, applicable to the prevention, treatment, or cure of a disease or condition of human beings.

  • Other Product means Product which an End User acquired from sources other than Integrator.
