Recycling - Changes to Services. Should changes in Applicable Law arise that 1630 necessitate any additions or deletions to the services described in this Section 11.08, including the type of 1631 items included as Recyclable Materials, the parties will negotiate any necessary cost changes and will enter 1632 into an Agreement amendment covering such modifications to the services to be performed and the 1633 compensation to be paid in accordance with Section 30.01.1 before undertaking any changes or revisions 1634 to such services.
