Common use of RECYCLING REQUIREMENT Clause in Contracts

RECYCLING REQUIREMENT. Lessee agrees to comply with all mandatory and/or voluntary recycling procedures established by local governmental authorities. Lessee further agrees to reimburse the Lessor for any cost incurred by the Lessor that can be attributed to Lessee's non-compliance with any recycling requirements. These costs shall be considered additional rent and due with the Lessee's rental payment.
