Reduction for Early Commencement of Benefits. If Executive receives an Executive Benefit under this Agreement before attaining the Normal Retirement Age, then the annual Benefit shall be reduced by the Early Commencement Reduction Factor (other than in the event of Disability).

Reduction for Early Commencement of Benefits. If a Participant receives a Supplemental Retirement Benefit under this Plan before the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date, the monthly Supplemental Retirement Benefit shall, except as may otherwise be provided in the Participation Agreement, be reduced to its Actuarial Equivalent value.
Reduction for Early Commencement of Benefits. If a Participant receives a Supplemental Retirement Benefit under this Plan before the Participant’s Normal Retirement Date, the monthly Supplemental Retirement Benefit as determined under Section 5.1 shall be reduced by the sum of the following: (a) 2% per year for each of the first 5 years by which the benefit commencement date precedes the Participant’s age 65; (b) 4% per year for each year by which the benefit commencement date precedes the Participant’s age 60. In no event shall the commencement of benefits precede the Participant’s age 55. The percentages stated above shall be prorated for partial years.

  • Commencement of Benefits The benefits commence six (6) months from the date that disability began, which shall include the period of payment under the terms of the Short Term Income Protection Plan. Proof of disability must be submitted within six (6) months following the Qualifying Period.

  • Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Disability benefit coverage terminations will take effect on the day following loss of eligible employee status.

  • Duration of Benefits Eligibility for Income Protection benefits will cease upon the earliest of the following dates: 1.09.01 the date the member is no longer disabled from performing the duties of their regular position, or any alternative employment made available to the member by the City. 1.09.02 the date the member's Income Protection benefits have been expended. 1.09.03 the date the member dies.

  • Termination of Benefits Except as provided in Section 2 above or as may be required by law, Executive’s participation in all employee benefit (pension and welfare) and compensation plans of the Company shall cease as of the Termination Date. Nothing contained herein shall limit or otherwise impair Executive’s right to receive pension or similar benefit payments that are vested as of the Termination Date under any applicable tax-qualified pension or other plans, pursuant to the terms of the applicable plan.

  • Amount of Benefits The vested amount credited to a Participant’s Account as determined under Articles 6, 7 and 8 shall determine and constitute the basis for the value of benefits payable to the Participant under the Plan.

  • Extension of Benefits Upon termination of insurance, whether due to termination of eligibility, or termination of the Contract, an extension of benefits shall be provided for a period of no less than 30 days for completion of a dental procedure that was started before Your coverage ended.

  • Calculation of Benefits Immediately following delivery of any Notice of Termination, the Company shall notify the Executive of the aggregate present value of all termination benefits to which he would be entitled under this Agreement and any other plan, program or arrangement as of the projected Date of Termination, together with the projected maximum payments, determined as of such projected Date of Termination that could be paid without the Executive being subject to the Excise Tax.
