Reductions of Contract Demand. A. Employment Levels If the year-end monthly average number of employees is less than 90% of the Base Employment Level set forth in this Schedule B, for the subject calendar year, the Authority may reduce the Contract Demand subject to Article II.D of this Schedule. The maximum amount of reduction will be determined by multiplying the Contract Demand by the quantity one minus the quotient of the average monthly employment during the subject calendar year divided by the Base Employment Level. Any such reduction shall be rounded to the nearest fifty (50) kW. In the event of a reduction of the Contract Demand to zero, the Agreement shall automatically terminate.
