Refer to Mediation. If the Dispute remains unresolved after the procedures in clause 18.1 have been completed, the Parties agree to use their best endeavours to settle the Dispute by mediation administered by a mediator accredited by the Resolution Institute (unless each Party agrees otherwise) on the following basis:
