Reference Guides. Reference guides shall be designed by the Contractor to help users understand how to use specific windows and fields in an application. Reference guides include descriptions of each window’s purpose, navigational paths, detailed descriptions of window elements, and indexes. Figure A-16 shows sample information from a user reference guide.

Reference Guides. The drugs which appear in the PDL are those preferred drugs in the coverage of the Health Plan of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. These drugs are selected on the basis of their safety, efficacy, high quality, existence of bioequivalents and cost. It is suggested to the physicians that they prescribe and to the pharmacists that they dispense only the drugs which are in the PDL. Ail the drugs included in this document are covered drugs unless they are designated as Unlisted (NF; for example, forms of dosage with prolonged action that are not included in the PDL). $ up to $$$$$!   • Pricing The Contractor will not exceed the pricing set forth in the Contract documents.

  • Pricing Information Each Fund or its designee will furnish Plan Provider on each business day that the New York Stock Exchange is open for business ("Business Day"), with (i) net asset value information as of the close of trading (currently 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time) on the New York Stock Exchange or as at such later times at which a Fund's net asset value is calculated as specified in such Fund's prospectus ("Close of Trading"), (ii) dividend and capital gains information as it becomes available, and (iii) in the case of income Funds, the daily accrual or interest rate factor (mil rate). The Funds shall use their best efforts to provide such information to Plan Provider by 6:00 p.m. Central Time on the same Business Day.   • Guidelines Explanation The Board President will accept applications. The Board will discuss, at an open meeting, its process to review the applications and who will contact applicants for an interview. Who accepts vacancy applications is at the Board's sole discretion. According to 2:110, Qualifications, Term, and Duties of Board Officers, the Board President is a logical officer to accept the applications, but this task may be delegated to the Secretary or Superintendent's secretary if the Board determines that it is more convenient. Who accepts the applications must be decided prior to posting the vacancy announcement.
