Pricing definition

Pricing means any and all fees, rates and prices payable under this Contract, including pursuant to any Schedule or Exhibit hereto.

Pricing means the process of establishing a reasonable amount or amounts to be paid for supplies or services.

Pricing means such date and time as the Board or the pricing committee thereof determines to price the IPO.
