References to Company. All references to the Company set forth in this Section 9 shall be deemed to include all subsidiaries or other entities that are controlled by, or under common control with, the Company.
References to Company. For purposes of Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.6 and 2.7, the term “Company” as used therein shall also include any and all subsidiaries and affiliates of the Company.
References to Company. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, each reference to the Company shall apply to each of WTMC, RSCVA, RiverStreet, NCW, GTG, and GT. The obligations and liabilities agreed to by the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be joint and several obligations and liabilities of each of WTMC, RSCVA, RiverStreet, NCW, GTG, and GT. For the purposes of clarification, and without in any way limiting the obligations of any of WTMC, RSCVA, RiverStreet, NCW, GTG, and GT to guarantee and be liable for the obligations of the Company pursuant to this Agreement, only those entities which are licensed with the Virginia State Corporation Commission shall engage in activity which would require licensure with the Virginia State Corporation Commission pursuant to this Agreement.
References to Company. References in this Section 6.09 -------------------------- to the Company shall mean, with respect to any period after the Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation.
References to Company. For purposes of this Agreement, references to the “Company” shall include, in addition to the resulting corporation, any constituent entity (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger, so that if Indemnitee is or was a Responsible Party of such constituent entity, or is or was serving at the request of such constituent entity as a Responsible Party of another entity, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, Indemnitee shall stand in the same position under the provisions of this Agreement with respect to the resulting or surviving entity as Indemnitee would have with respect to such constituent entity if its separate existence had continued.
References to Company. All references to the Company in this Article 5 shall be deemed to include all subsidiaries of the Company, the parent corporation of the Company, and all other subsidiaries of the Company's parent corporation.
