Common use of References to Laws, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines Clause in Contracts

References to Laws, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines. Each reference in this Compact, the Program Implementation Agreement or any other agreement entered into in connection with this Compact, to a law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document will be construed as a reference to such law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document as it may, from time to time, be amended, revised, replaced, or extended and will include any law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document issued under or otherwise applicable or related to such law, regulation, policy, guideline or similar document.
