Chief Health Officer to advise Licensee. On occasions where such power is exercised under clause 10.2, the Chief Health Officer shall advise the Licensee of the reasons for this declaration as soon as is reasonably possible. The Chief Health Officer shall rescind such declarations promptly when they are no longer necessary.
