Referral Back. Grievances may, by mutual agreement, be referred back for further consideration or discussion to a prior step, or advanced to a higher step of the grievance procedure.
Referral Back. If the Arbitrator or, if the decision of the Arbitrator is appealed, the Court of Appeal, determines that Hydro has no continuing liability under Article 14.4.1 in relation to any part of the claim then the claim shall be referred back for determination under Article 12.3.9.
