Referral of Staff Assaults. A. With the consent of the employee, the Department shall take pictures, as soon as is reasonably possible, of all visible staff injuries which are the result of a xxxx/inmate assault and/or battery. The photographs will be included as part of the incident file. The incident file will be maintained by the institution S&I, ISU, DDMS investigative unit.
